Terms & Conditions

  • Payment upfront

  • USD payment via PayPal

  • IDR payment via Bank (BCA/Jenius/Line Bank) / OVO / GoPay / ShopeePay

  • Tax Fee: 10%

  • Revision 3x (Major Revision only on Sketch, rest is only accept minor revision)

  • TAT 1 - 4 weeks depends on queue and difficulty

  • If you want it to be express deliver, there may be additional fee

  • Price for 1 character (free flat color background)

  • Commercial 2.5x original price: monetize, ads, small production of goods (<=100)

  • Commercial 3.5x original price: large production goods (>100) + all in 2.5x

  • I still have the right for artwork and may publish/share it on my social media (with credit)

  • You can't claim the artwork as yours

  • Credit me if you want to post the artwork on any social media

  • No Refund allowed, unless I haven't start the progress

  • For DeviantArt commissions, price will be different because of the platform fee more expensive

  • Will send you the update on each progress:
    Sketch ➡ Line Art ➡ Base Color ➡ Shading & Finishing

  • Progress will continue after you agree

  • Commission files will be sent via Email for High Quality images
